Tami started out at RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Ltd. back in 1996 on the front desk as a receptionist and secretary. After almost 2 years of working closely with so many agents, she was able to determine what made those who were Top Producers so successful ... it was their ability to form deep client relationships. Knowing perfectly well that this was something that her friendly and nurturing nature would gravitate to naturally, she decided to join their ranks herself in 1998, and she hasn't looked back since.
Tami has consistently been a top producing Realtor, earning several awards such as the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Platinum Club Award, and RE/MAX 100% club Award to name a few. She has also consistently ranked within the top 5% of Realtors across the country since 2007. But in her opinion, her real success is that approximately 90% of her business has consistently come from repeat clients and their referrals.
This high level of repeat and referral business was based on a level of care that most people would reserve for family, and on a formidable work ethic that was proudly passed on from her parents. With her continued success and increasing number of clients, it was proving more and more difficult to continually deliver the high level of service that Tami had become known for. So, it was time to form a team, but not just any ordinary team. Tami set out to form a more "Co-Operative" style of real estate team.
In Tami's words, "It's so much more than just pooling our resources to have a larger marketing impact and lower overhead. It's about working together to provide everything we can to our clients with more efficiency, ease, and grace. It's about assisting, encouraging, and inspiring one another, and then being able to pass that positivity on to our clients. We really want to make a difference in the lives of the people who let us in."
